attention gourmet chefs and foodies in the Philippines: where to buy spices and seeds etc in Manila or Cebu?
fleur de sel, gray salt, coriander seeds poppy seeds fennel seeds, turbinado sugar, whole nutmeg, and green bay leaves, usually it’s the dried brown laurel leaves. i’ve been looking for these spices and salts and basic ingredients for cooking and i’m asking you guys before i’d have to try to order these things from the states, as the last resort. gourmet people help me out please. thanks
