I’ve bought asafoetida from Tesco before so it might be worth checking there. If you have a local chinese store then they normally have palm sugar which makes a pretty good substitute for jaggery.

You also can find those ingredients in Asian stores like one’s that sell Thai and Vietnamese foods, asafoetida is also available in Mexican or Hispanic stores.
If your in Perth England or Austrailia, check the telephone directory, in and other country, some supermarkets carry these item or the ethnic areas of your city.
I am a former chef in Canada and can purchase some of these things here, I have an Indian and Vietnammese store in town or travel to Toronto Canada and the worlds is your oyster there, anything goes.
